The Bowen Library presents the Middle East fiction adult book club.The target audience are adults from Bowen Library members interested in Middle Eastern countries. All novels are set in the Middle East and have Middle Eastern historical perspectives. The aim is to encourage readers of Middle Eastern fiction books, with Middle East historical perspectives, and introduce adults to a variety of

The Kite Runner is fiction book, located in Kabul, Afghanistan. Is the story between two boys, growing up in Kabul in the some house, Amir and Hassan. Amir is the son of a rich man while Hassan is the son of a servant. Amir left the country when the soviets invaded Afghanistan, Hassan stated in Kabul. The story is situated in hostile period in Kabul. The author shows the extreme bond of fidelity in Afghanistan society. In 2007 Marc Foster took the bestseller to the big screen as the book as the movie is strongly recommended for the beautiful story treaty with deep sensibility.
