All novels are set in the Middle East and have Middle Eastern historical perspectives. The aim is to encourage readers of Middle Eastern fiction books, with Middle East historical perspectives, and introduce adults to a variety of

A true story of Mayada Al-Askari, a daughter of an influence and wealth Iraqi family. Mayala was working as translator to America journalist, Jean Sasson. Both women became really good friend. When Sasson returned to the United State, they keep in touch until 1999 when Mayala is arrested by Saddam Hussein's secret police. Mayada is accused of printed pamphlets against Sadan Hussein regimen. Mayala survive a month in the worst prison in Bagdad.  The end of the story is happy but is impossible not to think in many lives that did not survived Sadan Hussein’s regime.
